To put it another way, anything I mention in this guide can be unlocked inside of Hitman 3. I’m going to write this guide for people who started with a clean Hitman 3 save and have no unlocks yet rather than explaining how to unlock things in previous games before importing save files. (I’ve written a whole guide on the Blue Flamingo Suit, so you can read that for a more complete explanation of both methods.) For this particular guide, I will only include the method for unlocking it in Hitman 3.
However, in Hitman 3, there’s a completely different method for unlocking the suit. The Blue Flamingo suit, which I mentioned earlier, can be unlocked in Hitman 2. I’m going to include the versions of Hitman and Hitman 2 that exist inside of Hitman 3. I’m basically writing this because the other guides I’ve found have been hilariously incomplete and I wanted there to be a better one. I’m also including the category of each item, so if you want to find every single poison, you can just hit CTRL + F and type “poison” to quickly scroll to every poison item in this list. If you want to unlock the Jaeger 7, for example, you can search this article and find out exactly how to unlock it. The handy thing about this is that you can do a CTRL + F search to quickly find anything you want to know about. It’s impossible to keep track of all of this stuff on your own, so I’m going to walk you through unlocking absolutely everything that can possibly be unlocked in Hitman 3. And some items, like the Bartoli Hunting Shotgun Deluxe, aren’t in any menus at all - you just have to know what to do without the game asking you to do it. Others, like the Blue Flamingo suit, are hidden in menus where you might not think to look.
Some of the unlocks are relatively easy to figure out. That means you have an absolute boatload of stuff to unlock. All your progress - including items, XP, mission unlocks, and more - are shared between all three games. If you import Hitman and Hitman 2 into Hitman 3, you can play the entire World of Assassination trilogy in one place.
